The shopping cart is enabled for customers from many countries. We are happy to ship our products almost everywhere in the world, so if your country is not on the list, please get in touch by email. There are some destinations where we insist on tracked-and-signed shipments and this will cause a delay in despatch.
We have shipped Stompville products to many destinations including France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, China, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada and USA.
If you want to just purchase small quantities of matched JFET pairs/quads, we can send them by air-mail letter post. If you have such an order, please email, otherwise you will have to pay the parcel rate. We use the Royal Mail International Standard airmail service for small parcels.
Making an enquiry for international service
To get international service, please first register on the site and see if your country is supported directly. Otherwise, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and advise the following:
If you require tracked and signed shipping or international courier service, there will be extra costs and delays to the despatch of your order. We try to get orders despatched same-day if you order before about 3pm local time. However, going to the post office to get tracked/signed parcels despatched takes too much time, so any tracked/signed orders will have to wait until we get a chance to ship them.
We will work out a shipping price and send you a PayPal invoice for the goods and shipping charge. The contract to buy the goods will only come into force when you pay for the goods. However, stock is not allocated to your order until you pay the invoice, so if stock quantity is low, you may miss out by delaying payment of the invoice. Stock is allocated as soon as payment notification is received.
Note that we only ship to the address PayPal advises when they email to confirm payment has been made. The reason we ask for your approved PayPal address before invoicing is so we can compare the address you give with the address PayPal advises. We will let you know if there is a discrepancy.
We will cancel the order and issue a refund if there is an unresolved issue with the shipping address.
